A Blessing of Strength


Overview

We are glad to reveal our new changelog: A Blessing of Strength, a combined effort from our developers and testers. We would like to also thank all those players who are writing so good and elaborated reports in our bug tracker, it is really helpful. Keep it up!

    Hunter

  • Chimera Shot: Serpent spell will now scale correctly and its modifiers have been adjusted.
  • Hunter pets' base stats corrected
  • Hunter pets' Bite will now properly scale with its owner's Ranged Attack Power.
  • Several corrections for the hunter pet resistance, hit and expertise scaling.
  • Wild Hunt corrected, pets will now properly receive the Stamina and Attack Power bonuses.
  • Fixed an issue that would cause the hunter not being longer able to perform any Melee attacks.
  • Autoshoot should not get stuck anymore under any circumstance, every remaining issue has also been fixed.
  • Talent Animal Handler has been corrected and will now grant Attack Power properly to the pet.
  • Explosive Shot ticks will not miss anymore.
  • Properly implement the pet talent: Improved Cower.
  • Pets will not dissapear from their stables anymore.
  • Corrected an exploit where certain pets could not be killed.
  • Fixed an exploit where pet could have a different Aspect than the hunter.
  • Flare will now properly prevent the use of Stealth.
  • Explosive Trap will not deal initial damage and its damage over-time amount has been increased.
  • Master's Call has received some minor improvements.
  • Hunter traps arming timer has been fixed.
  • Traps activation range has been corrected.
  • All traps now correctly put the Hunter in combat.
  • Enemies can't see Hunter's traps anymore.
  • The Beast Within is now usable while cycloned.
  • Mage

  • Implemented Mage pet scaling (including Mirror Image).
  • Ignite will no longer proc from Molten Armor.
  • Receiving Hand of Salvation under the effect of Mirror Image will no longer increase your threat.
  • Dalaran Brilliance will no longer be castable on low level players.
  • Arcane Missiles will not get down-ranked when targeting low level enemies.
  • Ice Block will now properly remove Faerie Fire.
  • Ice Block will now properly remove Living Bomb.
  • Hotfix: Fixed an issue where Mirror Images will not attack at all after a deployment.
  • Warlock

  • Warlock pets resistance will now properly scale.
  • Properly implemented warlock pets' scaling: Resistance, Spell Hit, Expertise, Resilience, etc..
  • The damage increase from Death's Embrace will now affect targets at/or below 35 % of their HP.
  • Eye of Kilrogg behaviour has been redesigned fixing several undesired situations.
  • Players will now correctly benefit from Decimation buff even under the effects of Hand of Protection.
  • Cast reduction of Soul Fire from talents Bane and Decimation has been corrected.
  • Cast time reduction from Backdraft is now correct.
  • Warlocks DoTs damage formula has been corrected.
  • All Warlock pets base damage and base stats have been corrected.
  • Fel Armor will not proc when the Warlock is at full HP, avoiding some trinkets and enchantements to do so.
  • Fixed several issues with Chaos Bolt being randomly resisted. It will now properly pierce as it should.
  • Improvements on the Glyph of Felguard
  • Players with Glyph of Shadowflame will now successfully apply the movement slow effect even if the damage from Shadowflame is absorbed.
  • Priest

  • Implemented priest pet scaling.
  • Improved Devouring Plague will now properly scale and have its damage increased.
  • Improved Devouring Plague damage on targets with modifier debuffs has been corrected.
  • Receiving Hand of Salvation under the effect of Fade will not longer increase the player's threat.
  • The Glyphed Pain Supression will not be possible to use while Polymorphed.
  • Shadowfiend stats scaling has been properly implemented.
  • The cooldown check for the Rapture talent has been corrected.
  • Hotfix: Fixed an issue where Shadowfiend would not benefit from the Priest's Spellpower after a deployment.
  • Death Knight

  • Tier 10' 4 piece bonus will now proc in all conditions.
  • Pestilence's chance to pierce through the Cloak of Shadows has been corrected and it will now have the corresponding 10%.
  • Death Knight Runes will always be usable after the use of Blood Tap.
  • Death and Decay will now properly trigger Blood Presence's healing.
  • Ghouls will now correctly reset Gnaw's cooldown upon their death (no matter how they die).
  • Rune of the Fallen Crusader proc rate has been adjusted to 2 procs per minute.
  • Wandering Plague's scaling has been properly implemented.
  • Stealthed players will now also be affected from Death and Decay even if they are out of range of Death Knight.
  • Death Knight pet stats scaling has been revamped.
  • All Death Knight pets base damage and base stats have been corrected.
  • Path of Frost will no longer get removed by Hunter's Mark or non-damage spells.
  • Frost Presence will now properly apply its passive threat auras.
  • Death and Decay threat modifier implemented.
  • Killing Machine procs per minute rate adjusted.
  • Scent of Blood will now only proc from direct damage.
  • Talent Impurity from Gargoyle scaling and damage have been corrected.
  • Scourge Strike damage has been corrected and it will now benefit from damage modifiers.
  • Ghoul will no longer be able to be controled by a player after swiching to a specialization without the Master of Ghouls talent.
  • The mechanic from Ghouls has been improved, they will now perform a better energy use while autocasting spells.
  • Abilities for the Army of the Dead ghouls have been implemented.
  • Bloodworms attack reaction received some improvements.
  • Death Grip spell's speed gained some improvements.
  • Warrior

  • Intervene will no longer break stealth from players which are nearby.
  • Titan's Grip penalty will no longer get removed after receiving Hand of Protection.
  • The Off-hand swing will not be a subject to Glancing Blows while Heroic Strike or Cleave are queued.
  • Glyph of Charge has received some improvements.
  • Charge/Intervene greatly improved in terms of Pathing/final destination in between Player-Player/NPC.
  • Larger scale/hitbox NPCs are now properly Chargeable/Interceptable and the distance is calculated correctly.
  • Sweeping Strikes will now ignore armor.
  • Glyph of Sunder Armor will now apply the proper stacks under any circumstance.
  • Rogue

  • Properly implement Master Poisoner talent fixing several issues.
  • Blade Flurry has received some improvements.
  • Killing Spree no longer resets auto-attacks.
  • Envenom is no longer dispelable.
  • Hotfix: Distract corrected back after a deployment.
  • Druid

  • Implemented Druid pet scaling.
  • Enrage armor reduction part has received some improvements.
  • Typhoon's travel time has been corrected.
  • Swiftmend calculations fixed.
  • Hotfix: Fixed an issue where the 30% buff on bleeds provided by Mangle would not work after a deployment.
  • Paladin

  • Exorcism will now always be critical attack if the target is Undead.
  • Redemption will now properly benefit from Haste.
  • Pursuit of Justice will now work under every circumstance, including after the death of a player.
  • Properly implemented The Art of War for every rank.
  • Shaman

  • Cast time reduction from Improved Healing Wave and Tidal Waves is now correct.
  • Lava Burst will always be critical if the target has Flame Shock.
  • Fire Nova range check corrected. The caster now must be within 30 yards of the Totem in order to use it.
  • Earth Shield critical chance corrected.
  • Shaman will now benefit from the active totems even if the player is not in Line of Sight with them.
  • Blessing of the Eternals is now correctly implemented, Earthliving HoT proc chance will consequently be applied when healing targets belos 35% HP.
  • Fire Nova will be castable while not within Line of Sight of totem.
  • Every Shaman pet stat is now properly implemented.
  • Fixed an issue where traps were not redirected to Grounding Totem.
  • Lava Lash damage increase corrected while Flametongue is active on Off-hand.
  • Glyph of Lava Lash will properly increase the damage.
  • Tier 8' 4 piece bonus Electrified has been fixed.
  • Magma Totem has received some improvements:
    - It will now scale with its owners Hit Rating.
    - It will now scale with its owners Critical Rating.
    - The Critical damage will properly be increased by talents.

Core

  • Redesigned the way of how the pet stats are being initially set per level.
  • Pets will now have their proper Health values upon summoning.
  • Pets will now have their cooldown reset, buff and debuffs removed upon summoning a new one.
  • Pet stats will be updated dynamically.
  • The Pet's action bar will now correctly reappear after reloading UI.
  • The pet will have its speed reduced when the owner is moving backwards and the pet is nearby.
  • Corrected few issues with pets not having the proper Health when the owner mount/dismount.
  • Spell casts with cast time will now reset the Swing timer.
  • Corrected some objects to not cause damage in Sanctuary areas to the opposite faction.
  • Fear or Confuse movement will not visually show the player at the wrong place anymore.
  • Units with larger hitbox will no longer move away from targets who are close to them. (e.g. Sindragosa/Gormok the Impaler after being taunted from very close range).
  • NPC that try to flee will no longer teleport itself away if is rooted or stunned. Proper behaviour has been implemented.
  • The PvP combat timer has been increased by 1 second.
  • The off-hand timer will not reset when starting attack anymore.
  • Allow DoT and HoT application to properly proc auras.
  • Improvements for talents that increases Leech effects.
  • Flight Masters will now correctly show and deduct the discounted amount of the flight corresponding with the Reputation of the players.
  • Damage over time effects will now correctly reset their tick timer if applied manually.
  • Fixed stacking from spells with persistent area aura.
  • Leash range from NPCs has been increased.
  • Visibility/Draw distance has been increased as well as the proper preparations for the incoming visibility system implementation.
  • Hotfix: Fixed a general issue with the Doors and Game Objects interaction after a deployment.
  • Hotfix: Fixed an issue with the Resistances after a deployment.
  • Hotfix: Fixed an issue with the extra Global cooldown after a deployment.
