Hey I have a pretty big issue, no matter what I try I am unable to use the payment method necessary to unlock the premium support feature, however, my current email is being deleted and the process cannot be stopped and will become unrecoverable, this means I need to change my email over to my current and new email. I have exhausted the website and see no options to do so, nor can I pay for the premium support as the payment method is not accepting me. Can anyone help with this issue, or is there any way I can get into contact with someone who may.
