Can't start the quest: inside the frozen citadel

Hello everybody

As the title says, it seems I can't start "inside the frozen citadel" with my level 80 death knight. The said quest should become available at level 78 from Dark Ranger Vorel in Dalaran (Horde side). However, if I try to get the quest, Vorel just says "Greetings", despite the yellow "!" on her head.
I really need your help guys, as I can't join a few important istances without completing these quests. What am I missing? Some pre-quest? Should I contact a game master?

Hey

You need attunement due to the progression system on the server....

I think its TOC10 man thats needed. Correct me if Im wrong :-)
