hi guy canadian here ive try 3 time to buy point with credit card visa but each time it say

Order reference : *****************
total charge : 11,53 euro (why euro??)

The transaction have been denied

you will now be redirected to the merchant website a warning message might be displayed as you are about to leave the secure environment.x3

im doing something wrong or is there another more easy way to buy point thank!

Nevermind just receive a email 24 hours later from my bank they block my card and ask me if i did the transaction .... -_-' so i guess it would work now
