I didn't want to go that route but I guess i have no choice. :( I was hoping to find another way to reset it my self on their site or a link for it...... I know the staff members have a lot on their hands also. Who knows when this will get worked on or even have the email read by staff which I sent 2 days ago. I even have an open ticket in in game also on this new account using the same email. I'm wondering how many more people have this issue also? and how long did it take to get this resolved. Thank you deathstep for your help.
