Hello, i would like to rename my character on Algalon, i tried the rename and the appearance change options but the first doesn't work and i can't select my character on the second.

I tried an ingame ticket but i've been waiting for 17 days without a reply.

Is there any possibility to rename on Algalon?

Name change sends me back to the site's home page. Faction change doesn't work (i'm ally side). Character customization (appearance change) doesn't allow me to select my Algalon character.

Should i use race change? Cuz that doesn't include name change it seems.

I already got donation points in stock.

Maybe try to contact them by mail. I am sure they will be able to help but be sure to inform them about everything in specific. Since, you know, just plainly asking for name change without any explanation on the issue can seem rude.
