I am having quite a lot of problems with starting on this private server. After I change the realmlist I start the game just to be unable to change my video settings.

I have already tried various "uncheck read only" options for the wow folder and the realmlist folder. And the Config.wtf never appeared in my wow folder, I only saw it in the wtf folder which I deleted, because usually you dont have two files in there.

And last but not the least, my wow folder has a ton of files called:
_____padding_file_0_if you see this file, please update to BitComet 0.85 or above____

I have no idea what that is, and the numbers will progress from 0 to 179.

I forgot to add that as a lvl 1 human, I could also see diseased wolves which is from Cataclysm if I'm not mistaken.

I don't see how it would solve the problem by downloading it again?

Problem solved.

I removed the padding files and started the game as administrator.
