Character getting stuck randomly

Hey there, I have a character "Tacobelf" from Algalon server and I have a really weird re-occurring issue in the specific character. Most of the time, I find myself stuck and unable to move when walking and it happens sporadically. I tried removing all my add ons and reinstalling the client but I always get the same results. I don't also get the issue on my other toons, just on my Paladin.
