Hi everyone,

So I am having some serious issues and I hope someone can help. I already sent an email AND in game ticket and have had no help from anybody. Also parts of the website, like support and knowledgebase are not working for me.

First problem is that The website will NOT see my main character, Venmous, on the main realm. I had to create this character on the other realm (kirin Tor) in order to even be able to get on the forum to ask for help.

Secondly, the instant 70 is telling me I am not eligible, but I have an eligible character and as far as I know, the offer is still good. Buddy of mine was able to get it done easy.

I really like this server and want to continue playing here, but if I can't get help to solve my issues I am going to go somewhere else, despite that a buddy of mine plays here.

If anyone has any advice on why my main toon on the main server is not being recognized by the website, and why I am having such a major issue with the Instant 70 thing I'd be grateful for any help you can provide.
