hello, are profession recipes going to be locked upon transfer? like BS naxx/uldu recipes, +20 str/agi jc gems etc

As i read the rules for the new realm, recipes coming from Ulduar, ToC and ICC will be locked in the same way as the gear for an equal level.
JC recipe ,that are bought with Wotlk currency will need to be earned again (to be comfirmed). Same for LW recipe bought with Artic Fur, or such, for other proff.
