Can i do anything with vote points?

Hello, in time of writing this post I have 263 VP.
Can I do anything with them?

I tried several things like changing faction or race and non is allowed also no items or anything. So what can I do with my VP?

Yes, when you enter the Vote Shop ( https://www.dalaran-wow.com/shop/vote/ ) it won't immediately show available items - you have to click on Search to show all VP items, or select an item type first
