Talent spec complete, please relog: what is it?

Every time I put a talent point into the built, this message appears: "Talent spec complete, please relog."
It's the first time I've seen something like this.
Is something being done to remedy this, or will things remain as they are?

I think it was a countermeasure against a (fun) exploit with talents. It just means you should spend all your available talent points before logging out, or you may find yourself making another 71 clicks next time you log in.
