For a limited time, we will lift the Attunement system, granting easy access to raids and dungeons for all level 80 players. Your achievements and progress during this period will be preserved, this means that after the 10th Anniversary celebrations are over, if you did play your level 80 character it will be considered forever-attuned.

Simply put; if you log in at any given time during the celebrations and play (only level 80 characters), when the attunement systems are back your character will be considered attuned, therefore you will be able to enter any raid or dungeon.
