Is the shop access closed for Characters on Algalon?

Hi l wish to know if the shop has been disabled for players on Algalon?

I have donation points ld like to use to purchase some bags but l cant see any of my characters on Algalon server. Only new ones on Dalaran and my old ones on Kirin Tor.

I want to use my donation and vote points on Algalon too. I also committed to buying donation points for my account and my son's account on Algalon if they would open the option. I am not excited about this new server concept breaking the old server.
