started a paladin, i have no crusader strike, bug?

rolled a draenei and then a blood elf none of them has the cs skill which normally a lvl1 skill, bug or what? it is painfull to kill the mobs with autoattack!

really? now i feel like a total dumb, thanks for clarification. :3 but what to use then? im lvl 6 at the moment and only have these skills: http://imgur.com/HWV26lY right now i start the attack with the 4th skill and finish off the enemy with auto attack which is awful.

Actually Crusader Strike is at the bottom of the Retribution talent tree. The earliest you can get it is level 50 if you put all your talent points in said tree.
But don't worry: equip a big, slow 2 hander, use your auras, seals and judgements and you'll be fine until then. The rotation is pretty dull the first 60 levels, but paladins have next to no downtime and you'll be breezing through zones and levels. Welcome and enjoy WoW the good, old way! ;-) |

Just go through those horrible first 60 levels, and then you can enjoy a really nice class for WotLK :)

Yep. The first levels for ret paladin are fairly slow for this reason. But, it used to be worse in BC as I remember. With seals consumed by judgement. I actually stopped levelling my paladin during BC because it was too slow, and I had other characters to play. I picked the paladin back up in Wrath and never looked back.
It's slow, at least until you get JotW and AoW, and then CS it becomes a lot better. |
