Do you have any estimation guys?

In some cases, I believe you don't need to check if the player had it before the snapshot. If the skill is maxed (450), you either had it on Algalon, or you have crafted it already in the new server.

my warlock has the ruined titianium rod on the other relm and does not have it on the new realm i had a ticket open for 4 days now and no response, my warlock name is Evildragon
