Is the bug tracker being monitored?

Just wondering if bugs logged in the tracker are actually being worked on or if the priority is only on releasing the raids? Is there another place is to report new bugs, it is not really motivating us to log bugs in the tracker if they go completely unresponded to for 2 months.
