So I'm trying to get two of my friends to join me on playing on the Dalaran servers.
I guided them both on how to get this started, one of them can get on flawlessly, the other cannot at all. I had them do the same thing yet there are issues with only one of them connecting to the servers.
Obviously I'm trying to help the friend having issues, help her figure out what is wrong. So I started to dig into what may be wrong, found a bunch of suggestions but none of them have worked. Does anyone know what else could be wrong?

What we have tried:
Double checking the realmlist.
Changing the realmlist to .com rather than .org.
Deleting the WTF folder and logging in.
Allowing the program through her firewall.
Turning the firewall off completely, as well as running as administrator during both firewall changes.
Redownloading the client and trying again.

None of these have worked, can anyone help me figure out what's wrong?

No, but to be fair we haven't really done much more since we're not sure what else to do. Hoping someone reads this and has some suggestions to try, not really sure why it doesn't work for her.

Also recently tried connecting to a different wrath server, didn't work, and downloading the client from another place, didn't work. :/
Sent an email to them, just hope to hear from them soon.

I tried getting them to try out a Vanilla server to see if that would work for them... and it did. So honestly don't understand why this wrath thing won't work.
Random note: Friend who it works, is in the US. The friend I'm having issue connecting is from the Europe.
