I can't claim the level 70 boost

I have attempted to claim both the boost and the gift and can do neither. The boost says I need a premium account, whereas the gift link (like nearly every other link on this website) just redirects me to the home page or the account management screen.
I couldn't find an email address or a support ticket page anywhere on the site, so I don't know where else to post. |

I believe the boost is for one character per account and only applies to pre-existing accounts. If you made a new account then it may not work. I had a level 4 on an account and deleted it and then recreated it using a different class. It took a few minutes and had to log out and back in to the game client and then the same for the website. But then it worked.

I'm having the same issue, I've had account for about 3 years, and it will let me use the free boost on all toons except my level 14 Pally, which is the toon I want to boost :(

Hello guys I also have the same problem i tried all of the above but still i get an error saying:''ERROR, you need to be Premium user to benefit from this feature.''
Note that I am new to the server(new account, fresh charachter) so is the boost still available or it can't be used anymore thank you for your help !! |
