So I've been looking for the "Runed Arcanite Rod" Scroll in outlands from the vendor Rungor in Terrokar Forrest is there any other place to buy the scroll or is there a wait timer on buying it from Rungor?

Its wait timer and he only as NPC sells it ..but you are always free to look at AH

I watched it for 2.5 hours, after that I gave up and bought it on AH.
I mean either way, 2.5 hours farming basically anything would give me way more money than it costs buying it on AH.

some formula like '' Runed Adamantite Rod Formula'' you have to wait for several week tough. There is definitely wrong in here i think .

I have leveled three enchanters to 450.

Find something to do at PC that doesn't require too much attention. Make two accounts, park toons at Horde and Alliance NPCs, turn on game sounds to max (not music - game, so you hear e.g. horses or wings of flying mounts) and simply check every 10/15 min per full ingame hour and alt tab back. Immediately swap if you hear someone approaching, lest its rogue in stealth.

You will get it eventually. Good luck.
(I have had no major problems with any recipe)
