Hello community,

Thank you everyone for the participation and willingness to share your ideas and views with us, it is really appreciated and pretty interesting to see everyone’s point of view.

Nonetheless, even though we stated we would ask the community a few things we believed they had to participate and we are open to changes, there will be things that for us are part of the pillars of our ideals, so those won't be touched.

Cross-faction, Racial Swap, Transmogrification, Different encounters, different spells on bosses that never were there, level 80 gear in shops or overall pay to win, staff/gms talking in public chats, and a few more, are some that we will not implement.

We have been reading lately some interesting takes, but we ask, even if you do not agree with our ideals, respect our work, please. Do not take a no to your suggestion as an attack.

It may seem that everyone has their own idea of how a WotLK Blizzlike progressive should be, we have ours, and we shared with you how we think it should be (which is, as original as possible), we have thought and worked deeply in the systems so the “bound to Dalaran” will allow our community to progress through realms and eras.

The excitement of the release date is there for you and for us, we noticed anxious and exhilarating comments, but we saw a bit of desperation because some ideas were not present in our presentation. We can’t cater to all tastes, we have said plenty of times, that this is our vision, and even though we like to hear our community and future new players, we will stick to the values and ideals that made Dalaran-WoW.

Do not take this wrong, we really like to read you and we always give a thought to your suggestions, (it took us 7 years to accept the possibility to change rates individually) but at the same time, we are adamant to stick to what we believe our realms must be like, so there might be rejections too, it is nothing personal. So, feel free to suggest anything that comes to you, but also to accept when we do not agree with that.

All in all, when we share everyone’s point of view (including ours) we all can grow together and work towards the perfect WotLK home we are looking for.
